Asha Sweets has its vision for packed food and tapping the online sweet requirement market by launching the mobile app (first of its kind)/Web app and introducing app based kiosks at the stores for enhanced customer experience. This is considered to be a first of its kind customer experience for a sweetmeat segment. They wanted this model to sustain and get more customers to order and buy online.
Asha Sweets opened their new store at JP nagar and were innovative in their sweets offerings. They did not have online presence while they approached DT Digital to increase demand for buying sweets online. We gave them a complete strategy plan with few improvisations on the website to get their keywords ranking.
Social media campaign has given them lot of followers and new traffic to their website. Their current followers are 9000+ in just 5 months of time. Increase in online sales was 200% for the first month.
